General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply visit the signup flow to book a cleaning and as you provide information about your house and schedule, your quote will dynamically adjust.

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?

No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your home working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted. This is only for first time cleanings that are based on hourly rate!

Does someone have to visit my house before I can book a cleaning?

This is the best way to provide an exact quote! We can come out to look at your home and give a written estimate! Over the phone we can only provide price range!

Are cleaning supplies included?

Yes! We provide everything so you can relax and don’t have to stress over getting the right supplies! We have tried all the supplies you can get and only use the best! If you prefer your own we can use yours!

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?

We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

DO I HAVE TO BE HOME FOR MY CLEANING?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house by putting the information in your customer dashboard.

DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working, rounded-up to the nearest 15 minute increment.

ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?

No, you can cancel service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments. We do have a late cancellation fee! If you cancel less then 48 hours prior to the cleaning you will be charge 35$.  Any lockouts are full amounts of the cleanings!

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN A STANDARD CLEANING?

Every cleanings are different as every client likes different things to be done each time. This is one of the reasons why we want to come out and talk to the client in person. Our regular cleanings are just basic and don’t include deep cleanings. We usually perform a deep one the first visit and then do basic ones after. Every regular cleaning is customizable.

DO YOU PROVIDE THE SUPPLIES?

Yes! We do provide cleaning supplies and equipment! If you prefer that we use yours, we can do that!

WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. We provide house cleaning, Carpet cleaning with truck mounts, Tile & Grout, Hardwood floor cleaning, Natural stone polishing and restoration, Granite cleaning and sealing and Window cleaning!

HOW MANY CLEANERS DO YOU SEND?

That depends on the size and condition of your home. If its a small home and its pretty clean then usually one. If its a big home and it would take a long time for one person to clean it then two or three!

ARE CLEANING COMPANY CLEANERS SCREENED?

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us.
